- Made-to-order rugs take 3–4 weeks for sizes up to 8×10 ft, and 4–6 weeks for larger sizes.

We ship with tracked express couriers such as FedEx International Priority or DHL Express, and send you a tracking number.
- Free shipping to every country, including the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
- Delivery after dispatch: USA and Canada 3–5 business days; Europe and the UK 2–4; rest of the world 5–10.
Duties and taxes
