1. Processing & Production Time

  • The time we need to prepare your order for shipping varies depending on whether the item is in stock or made-to-order.

    • Ready-to-Ship Items:

      • Handling Time: 1 - 3 business days.

      • These items are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.

    • Made-to-Order (Custom) Rugs:

      • Production Time: 3 - 4 Weeks.

      • Note: Our custom rugs undergo a meticulous hand-weaving process by skilled artisans, followed by careful washing and drying in the pristine mountain air to ensure the highest quality before shipment.

2. Shipping Transit Times

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Europe: 2 - 4 business days

    • USA & Canada: 3 - 6 business days

    • Australia: 4 - 8 business days

    • Rest of the World: 5 - 10 business days

    Please note that these are estimates provided by our carriers. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.

3. Carriers & Tracking

We use reliable international carriers (such as FedEx International Priority or DHL Express) to ensure your rug arrives safely and quickly.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Moroccan Woven is not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • USA: Typically, there are no import duties for personal use on handmade Moroccan rugs due to the Free Trade Agreement, but this is subject to change and local regulations.

  • Europe/UK/Canada/Australia: VAT or Duty fees may apply upon arrival, depending on your local laws.

5. Shipping Protection

We take great care in packaging your rug to withstand international travel. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at Contact@moroccanwoven.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
