What do I need to know about product dimensions?

Handmade rugs may vary in size by plus or minus 2 to 3 inches from the dimensions shown. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects, but rather a natural attribute inherent in the artisanal process of creating handmade rugs.

Are the colors of Moroccan Woven carpets natural or synthetic?

We use only natural dyes derived from plants and minerals to achieve vibrant colors in our rugs, enhancing hues while maintaining a sustainable, environmentally-friendly approach.

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide – including the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. For US orders, import duties are included too; in other countries, import taxes may apply (see our Shipping Policy).

How long does shipping take?

Ready-to-ship rugs leave our workshop within 1–2 business days. Custom rugs take 3–4 weeks to make (4–6 weeks for rugs larger than 8×10 ft). After dispatch, delivery takes 3–5 business days to the USA and Canada, 2–4 to Europe and the UK, and 5–10 to the rest of the world, including Australia and New Zealand.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Morocco by tracked courier (such as FedEx or DHL), and shipping is free to every country. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and import taxes.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Are Moroccan Woven rugs handmade?

Yes, all our rugs are meticulously hand-woven by skilled artisans using traditional Berber rug-making techniques and craftsmanship, resulting in unique works of art imbued with the expertise of our talented weavers.

How often should I vacuum my carpet?

To maintain carpet performance, regular vacuuming is essential. We recommend vacuuming the top of the carpet at least once a week, and the back once every two months. This removes dust and dirt particles that can permanently damage the fibers. Pile loss is normal, especially with new carpets, and if vacuumed correctly, using a quality vacuum cleaner, most piles will gradually disappear within the first year.
