Return & Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. (The 14-day period begins the day the package is delivered to your address.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Ready-to-Ship Rugs: Eligible for return within 14 days.
Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs: We understand that ordering a custom piece is a commitment. If you are not satisfied with your custom order, it is eligible for a return and refund within the 14-day window, provided it is in original condition.

Please include:
Your Order Number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item (optional but helpful).
We will provide you with the correct return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item (standard or custom) because it does not fit your space or preference, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Defective or Wrong Item: If you received the wrong item or if the rug arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return and inspect it to ensure it is in original condition:
We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
