Silan is a playful take on the Beni Ourain rug: a soft green-and-pink checkerboard knotted across a thick wool pile, finished with fringed ends. The small squares look slightly irregular up close, a sign that every row was knotted by hand. It brings colour and a relaxed, modern feel to a bedroom, a kids’ room or a sunny living room.
Their wool is made from very high quality, very soft and silky and very tightly knotted. Then the rug is washed for several days, in order to have an infinite softness to the touch. They differ from all other rugs by their fine and silky wool and by their intense thickness.

- Ready-to-ship rugs leave our workshop in 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order rugs take 3–4 weeks for sizes up to 8×10 ft, and 4–6 weeks for larger sizes.
Shipping
We ship with tracked express couriers such as FedEx International Priority or DHL Express, and send you a tracking number.
- Free shipping to every country, including the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
- Delivery after dispatch: USA and Canada 3–5 business days; Europe and the UK 2–4; rest of the world 5–10.
Duties and taxes
USA: import duties are included in the price. UK and EU: import VAT and duties are not included; whether they are charged depends on your country and on customs, and if they are, the carrier collects them. Other countries: import taxes may apply.
